LiveWell Zone at Global Health Exhibition 2025 Draws Crowds in Riyadh

Riyadh, October 28 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The LiveWell Zone at the Global Health Exhibition 2025 in Riyadh is attracting large numbers of visitors, particularly those interested in sound therapy and acoustic frequency sessions. The immersive exhibit blends modern technology and human creativity to introduce new approaches for achieving psychological balance and physical wellness.
Visitors experience a tranquil environment designed around precise sound frequencies and controlled vibrations intended to promote deep relaxation, relieve stress, and enhance sleep quality and mood. The sessions combine therapeutic music, specialized lighting, and guided breathing techniques to create a holistic model that supports both mind and body wellness.
Covering more than 3,000 square meters, the LiveWell Zone is the largest area of its kind at the exhibition and includes six sections focused on fitness, prevention, mental health and sleep, nutrition, challenges, and the Walk 30 track. It provides visitors with an integrated journey toward a healthier lifestyle, reflecting the Ministry of Health’s commitment to fostering a vibrant, well-being-oriented, and sustainable community in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
The Global Health Exhibition, recognized by the AEO Awards as the Best International Exhibition in the Middle East and Africa for 2025, features more than 2,000 international entities and 500 speakers from 130 countries, offering over 100 sessions and 110 hours of accredited continuing medical education. The exhibition runs from October 27 to 30 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham.
