RIYADH, March 29, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Kuwait said on Sunday that projectile attacks injured 10 members of its armed forces, while its air defences intercepted 26 Iranian missiles and drones over the past 24 hours.
Kuwait’s Defense Ministry also said warehouses belonging to a private logistics company were hit, causing material damage only.
Qatar and Bahrain said separately on Sunday that they had also intercepted missiles and drones launched toward their territories.
Kuwait Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al Sabah said the region was witnessing a “systematic pattern of undermining regional stability led by Iran,” according to a statement carried by state news agency KUNA.
He said Iran was destabilizing the region through “exploiting chaos and terrorism as tools of influence.”
The latest developments came as the monthlong war continued to destabilize the Gulf region.
