Kuwait air defences down three U.S. F-15 jets in friendly fire incident

Kuwait City, March 2, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Kuwaiti air defences mistakenly shot down three U.S. F-15 fighter jets flying in Iran-related operations, the U.S. military said on Monday.

All six aircrew ejected safely, were recovered and are in stable condition.

The cause of the incident is under investigation.
