King Salman issues royal orders appointing senior officials across Saudi government

Riyadh, February 13, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued royal orders appointing several senior officials across key government positions on Thursday.
The appointments include Khalid Al-Falih as Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet, Fahd Al Saif as Minister of Investment, Abdullah Al-Maghlouth as Vice Minister of Media, and Abdulmohsen Al-Mazyad as Vice Minister of Tourism.
Other appointments announced were Khalid Al-Yousef as Attorney General, Sheikh Ali Al-Ahaideb as President of the Board of Grievances, Faihan Al-Sahli as Director General of the General Directorate of Investigation, Abdulaziz Al-Arifi as Governor of the National Development Fund, Haytham Al-Ohali as Governor of the Communications, Space and Technology Commission, and Fawaz Al-Sahli as President of the Transport General Authority.
