RIYADH, September 1 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent a cable of congratulations to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of the Republic of Uzbekistan on his country’s Independence Day.
