RIYADH, March 7, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Jordan has faced 119 missile and drone attacks since the start of the conflict involving Iran a week ago, authorities said on Saturday.
Fourteen people have been injured during the attacks.
Military spokesperson Brig. Gen. Mustafa Hiyari said the strikes targeted “purely Jordanian targets” and added that no attacks against Iran had originated from Jordan.
Police spokesperson Lt. Col. Amer Sartawi said most of the injuries were minor and caused by falling debris from intercepted projectiles.
