Iran foreign minister holds calls with regional counterparts on latest developments

RIYADH, May 1 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) - Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi held a series of phone calls on Friday with several regional counterparts, including the foreign ministers of Turkey, Egypt, Qatar, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Azerbaijan, Tasnim reported.

Araghchi briefed them on the latest developments in efforts to end the war involving the United States, Israel and Iran, according to the report.

Tasnim also reported that Araghchi held a separate call with EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas, during which they discussed the latest regional and international developments.
