Iran blames US for latest exchange of fire with Israel

PARIS, June 8 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Iran said the overnight exchange of fire with Israel would worsen what it described as a chaotic diplomatic process with the United States, Reuters reported.


Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei linked the escalation to growing mistrust between Tehran and Washington.


Baghaei held the United States directly responsible for recent ceasefire breaches.


He also said Israel does not act independently without consulting Washington.
