High temperatures, dust and thunderstorms forecast across Saudi Arabia

RIYADH, August 4 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — High temperatures will persist across Saudi Arabia’s Eastern, Riyadh, Madinah and Makkah regions on Tuesday, with strong winds expected to raise dust in several parts of the Kingdom.
Dust-stirring winds are also forecast for the Northern Borders, Al-Jouf, Tabuk, Hail and Qassim regions.
Thunderclouds are expected over the western and southwestern highlands and parts of Najran.
Winds over the northern and central Red Sea will reach 45 km/h, increasing to 50 km/h in the south. Waves could exceed two metres, with conditions ranging from calm to choppy.
The Arabian Gulf will remain calmer, with winds reaching 30 km/h and waves ranging from half a metre to one metre.
