Gulf Cooperation Council security agencies begin “Arabian Gulf Security 4” exercise in Qatar

Doha, Jan 26 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The joint tactical exercise of security agencies from Gulf Cooperation Council member states, titled “Arabian Gulf Security 4,” began on Sunday in Qatar.
Security leaders, officers and representatives from participating agencies attended the opening ceremony, according to the organisers.
Saudi Arabia is taking part with a specialised security force from the Ministry of Interior and the Presidency of State Security, with the exercise aimed at enhancing security cooperation, strengthening coordination and exchanging expertise among internal security sectors of GCC states.
Specialised security units from the United States are also participating, the statement added.
