Gulf, Arab and Regional Foreign Ministers Condemn Iranian Attacks, Call for Immediate Halt

Riyadh, March 19, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Foreign ministers from Gulf, Arab and regional countries strongly condemned Iranian missile and drone attacks and called for an immediate and unconditional halt, following a ministerial consultative meeting held in Riyadh, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

The meeting, hosted by Saudi Arabia, brought together foreign ministers and representatives from Azerbaijan, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Pakistan, Turkey, Syria, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon and Egypt to discuss the ongoing escalation and coordinate efforts to safeguard regional stability.

Participants condemned the Iranian attacks as violations of sovereignty and international law, holding Tehran fully responsible for the resulting consequences and losses. They urged Iran to cease its actions immediately and comply with United Nations Security Council resolutions.

The ministers also warned of the risks posed by support for militias and actions undermining regional security, stressing that continued violations of sovereignty and principles of good neighborliness would have serious consequences for Iran and for regional stability.

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan said trust had been severely damaged by the attacks.

“What little trust there was before has completely been shattered,” he said after the meeting.

He added that Saudi Arabia would use all available measures to stop the attacks.

“We’re going to use every lever we have — political, economic, diplomatic and otherwise — to get these attacks to stop.”

Prince Faisal also criticized the targeting of Riyadh during the escalation.

“I cannot see it as coincidental,” he said. “That’s the clearest signal of how Iran feels about diplomacy.”
