Grand Mosque authority launches pilot digital feedback platform for pilgrims

MAKKAH, May 23 — Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque launched a pilot digital platform aimed at improving services for pilgrims at the Two Holy Mosques.
The platform allows visitors to submit real-time reports, inquiries, comments and suggestions, while also tracking the status of their requests.
The authority said the system integrates with internal operational platforms to support service management and improve administrative responsiveness during the Hajj season.
The initiative is aimed at enhancing the pilgrim experience and supporting operational readiness during peak periods at the Two Holy Mosques.
