Makkah, December 14 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has introduced identification bracelets for children arriving at the Grand Mosque, as part of measures to enhance visitor safety and facilitate prompt assistance in cases of separation.

The bracelets include contact details for guardians, enabling staff to quickly identify and reunite children with their companions if they become lost within the المسجد or its courtyards.

According to the authority, the service forms part of an integrated system aimed at improving child safety, supporting parents and guardians, and enabling staff to respond efficiently to emergencies. The bracelets are available at designated points, including King Abdulaziz Gate and King Fahd Gate (Gate No. 79), where trained personnel assist guardians in registering contact information.

Officials encouraged parents to make use of the service, particularly during peak periods such as the Umrah and Hajj seasons, to help ensure a high level of care and reassurance for families visiting the Grand Mosque.
