RIYADH, March 18, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Four residents were injured after debris from an intercepted ballistic missile fell on a residential area in Riyadh, Saudi Civil Defense said on Wednesday.
The incident occurred following the interception of a ballistic missile, with authorities reporting limited material damage at the site.
Civil Defense said the injured were Asian nationals and confirmed that emergency response procedures were carried out.
Officials said attempts to target civilian areas constitute a violation of international humanitarian law.
