Financial Academy Launches Women Leadership Development Initiative

RIYADH, June 9 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — The Financial Academy launched the Women Leadership Development initiative, a national program aimed at strengthening women’s leadership in Saudi Arabia’s financial services sector.
The launch brought together women leaders, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and academic and strategic partners.
Financial Academy CEO Mana Alkhamsan said the program was developed in partnership with London Business School and the Centre for Governance.
The initiative offers an integrated leadership track combining executive training, professional mentoring and board membership preparation.
It targets more than 2,000 leaders across the financial services sector.
The program supports Saudi Vision 2030 targets to increase women’s participation in the labor market and enhance diversity in the financial sector.
It also aligns with the objectives of the Financial Sector Development Program.
