Dubai Police warn public not to approach debris after air interceptions

Riyadh, March 26, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Dubai Police on Thursday warned the public not to approach, touch or photograph debris or objects that may have fallen following successful air interceptions, urging residents to leave such materials to the relevant authorities for assessment.

In a public safety message, Dubai Police said some objects might appear harmless but could still pose safety risks, and urged people to prioritise safety and avoid interacting with debris under any circumstances.

The warning follows earlier incidents in the UAE involving falling debris after interception operations, including a minor incident in Dubai this month in which authorities said no injuries were reported.
