Diriyah Company Launches Faena Residences Wadi Safar, a Landmark in Branded Luxury Living

Riyadh, October 5, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Diriyah Company has unveiled its latest world-class branded residential project with the launch of Faena Residences Wadi Safar, a collection of 20 villas inspired by Faena’s distinctive art-driven philosophy.
Set within the scenic landscape of Wadi Safar, the development will include 12 four-bedroom, six five-bedroom, and two six-bedroom ultra-luxury villas, alongside the 130-room Faena Wadi Safar Hotel. The project aims to deliver an exceptional blend of privacy, prestige, and world-class hospitality, further enhancing Diriyah’s position as a leading cultural and lifestyle destination.
