Riyadh, September 30, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Diriyah Company announced the launch of Jabal AlQurain Avenue, a new multidisciplinary destination designed to serve as an incubator for Saudi and regional entrepreneurs in the retail and food-and-beverage sectors.
The project, part of the Qurain Cultural District announced in 2024, aims to provide a dynamic platform for startups and emerging companies to develop brand concepts that enhance the experience of residents and visitors in Diriyah.
Jabal AlQurain Avenue will feature 56 retail units with a gross leasable area of 7,301 square meters, 15 restaurants and cafés covering 2,248 square meters, 102 residential units, and 40 offices. The fully pedestrianized avenue will also host academies and institutes specializing in Saudi heritage and culture.
“Jabal AlQurain Avenue marks an important step in our ongoing commitment to making Diriyah a place that nurtures Saudi talent, innovation, and creativity, helping it grow and prosper,” said Jerry Inzerillo, Group CEO of Diriyah Company. He added that the project would create an environment for entrepreneurs across the Kingdom to develop and showcase innovative retail and dining concepts.
The avenue complements the SAR5.8 billion ($1.55 billion) Qurain Cultural District project, a joint venture with Nesma and Partners Contracting Co. UJSC and MAN Enterprise Al-Saudia LLC. The district will also feature three international hotels and branded residences: the Ritz-Carlton Diriyah, Address Diriyah, and Four Seasons Diriyah.
The wider Diriyah project spans 14 square kilometers and includes 566,000 square meters of retail space. Once complete, it is expected to contribute SAR70 billion ($18.6 billion) to Saudi Arabia’s Gross Domestic Product, provide 180,000 jobs, and house around 100,000 residents.
