Dar Global, Trump Organization launch $10 billion Saudi developments

Riyadh, January 12, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi real estate developer Dar Global will launch two Trump-branded luxury projects in Riyadh and Jeddah with a combined value of $10 billion, CEO Ziar El Chaar said on Sunday.
El Chaar told Reuters the Riyadh plans include a Trump National Golf Course and a Trump International Hotel in Diriyah, a large development on the western edge of the Saudi capital.
In Jeddah, Dar Global plans a mixed-use development named Trump Plaza, with offices and residential property, he added.
El Chaar said the projects align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 push to diversify the economy beyond oil and attract direct foreign investment, as the kingdom also plans to allow foreigners to own property for the first time in designated areas starting this month.
Eric Trump, U.S. President Donald Trump’s son and executive vice president of the Trump Organization, said the projects are the latest in a series of partnerships between the Trump Organization and Dar Global, the international arm of Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan, and are expected to be completed over the next four to five years.
