Dammam Khor project to revive Eastern Region maritime heritage

DAMMAM, May 12 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The Dammam Khor project is being developed on the Arabian Gulf coast to enhance waterfronts and public facilities in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Region.
The project covers 45,000 square meters and aims to revive the region’s maritime heritage while strengthening the city’s connection to the sea.
Its features include the rehabilitation of the sandy beach, walking paths, seating and relaxation areas, green spaces, beach volleyball courts, children’s play areas and public art installations.
The project is part of wider efforts to improve the urban landscape and support tourism and recreation across the Dammam metropolitan area.
