MINA, May 28 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received well-wishers at the Royal Court in Mina Palace on Wednesday on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, on behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

The reception was attended by princes, senior religious figures, officials from Gulf Cooperation Council countries, ministers, military sector commanders and scouts participating in this year’s Hajj.

The event began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran.

In a speech, the Crown Prince congratulated citizens, residents and pilgrims on Eid Al-Adha on behalf of King Salman.

“We thank Allah Almighty for bestowing upon our country the honor of caring for the two holy mosques and the holy sites, and serving all those who visit them,” the Crown Prince said.

He thanked members of the military and security sectors, government employees and volunteers for serving pilgrims and ensuring their safety and security.

The Crown Prince said these efforts form part of the broader commitment to defending Saudi Arabia’s security and protecting its sovereignty, particularly amid regional crises.

Director of Public Security and Chairman of the Hajj Security Committee Lt. Gen. Mohammed Al-Bassami delivered a speech on behalf of the military sectors participating in Hajj.

Al-Bassami said Saudi Arabia had made serving the Two Holy Mosques central to its mission and identity, adding that Hajj security plans had helped strengthen security and service indicators during the pilgrimage.

The Crown Prince later greeted the attendees and attended a banquet with them.
