RIYADH, August 12 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent a cable of congratulations to Chadian President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno on his country’s Independence Day.
