Britain Condemns Houthi Violence in Call With Saudi Foreign Minister

RIYADH, October 12 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) - UK Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs Ed Miliband condemned Houthi violence in Yemen and attacks on civilian facilities in Saudi Arabia during a call with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the Saudi Press Agency reported on October 11. The call included discussions of Houthi attacks on King Khalid International Airport.
Miliband expressed Britain’s solidarity with Saudi Arabia and the Yemeni government in confronting the attacks.
The two ministers also reviewed bilateral relations and regional developments, discussing their countries’ joint efforts to address tensions and limit their security and economic consequences.
