Barcelona qualify for Spanish Super Cup final after 5-0 win over Athletic Bilbao in Jeddah

Jeddah, January 7, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Barcelona qualified for the Spanish Super Cup final after a 5-0 victory over Athletic Bilbao on Wednesday in the semifinal at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, with attendance exceeding 50,000 fans.

Ferran Torres opened the scoring in the 22nd minute before Fermin Lopez made it 2-0 in the 30th. Roony Bardghji added a third in the 34th minute and Raphinha scored in the 38th.

Raphinha scored again in the 52nd minute to complete the scoring.

Barcelona will play the winner of Thursday’s semifinal between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid in the final at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium.
