Almarai Q3 Revenue Rises 11% to SAR6.19 Billion

RIYADH, Oct 5 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Almarai Company reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of SAR6.19 billion, up 11% from SAR5.55 billion a year earlier, while net profit rose 1% to SAR617.8 million, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
For the first nine months of 2026, revenue increased 10% to SAR18.22 billion from SAR16.61 billion in the same period last year.
Nine-month net profit remained broadly stable at SAR1.99 billion.
Almarai said an improved revenue mix supported third-quarter earnings, but the benefit was largely offset by higher dairy feed shipping costs and increased distribution expenses linked to elevated energy costs.
Chief Executive Fawaz Al-Jasser said third-quarter revenue growth was broad-based, supported by the company’s brands, continued demand across core categories and consistent execution across the business.
He added that investments made in recent years were increasingly contributing to growth and strengthening Almarai’s ability to serve consumers across its markets.
The dairy and juice segment benefited from sustained demand and a stronger revenue mix, while product innovation and portfolio development helped the company respond to changing consumer preferences.
The bakery business also improved, supported by a stronger sales mix, product innovation and tight cost management, while continuing to pursue targeted product development and selective growth opportunities.
Almarai’s protein category recorded a lower net profit contribution compared with the third quarter of 2025, reflecting poultry market supply conditions, higher distribution expenses driven by energy costs and ramp-up costs.
