Almarai participates in Global Labor Market Conference in Riyadh as diamond sponsor

Riyadh, February 1, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Almarai participated as a diamond sponsor in the third edition of the Global Labor Market Conference (GLMC), held in Riyadh on January 26 and January 27 under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
The event was organised by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development under the theme “Future in Progress” and focused on labour market challenges through collaboration, policy enablement and solution-oriented dialogue.
The conference programme included more than 200 speakers across over 50 sessions and activities, including workshops and panel discussions.
Almarai took part in a panel on the evolving work environment for young professionals, covering youth integration to improve productivity, modern work models, training approaches and workplace technologies.
The company’s participation also highlighted its five-year strategy for 2024–2028, which includes investments exceeding 18 billion riyals, alongside nationalisation initiatives, skills development programmes and youth empowerment initiatives.
