Almarai Celebrates Graduation of 55 Employees from Itas Annual Leadership Development Programs

RIYADH, May 8 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi food and diary company Almarai has celebrated the graduation of 55 employees from its annual talent and leadership development programmes, in a ceremony attended by CEO Fawaz Al – Jasser, Chied Human Resources Officer Ayman Algeer and a number of senior company leaders.
The graduates completed three specialized tracks, each spanning between six and eight months, built around an integrated learning methodology combining academic grounding, practical application and leadership mentoring.
THREE DEVELOPMENT TRACKS
· Early Talents Program – targets employees in the early stages of their careers to sharpen foundational skills and accelerate career progression.
· Future Leaders Program – focuses on leadership and strategic capabilities for employees identified for advanced leadership rolls.
· Future SMEs Program – deepens specialized and technical expertise for employees on a specialist career path.
