Riyadh, February 3, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Aldar added several strategic land plots across Abu Dhabi with a combined gross development value of about AED23 billion, expanding its landbank and building a pipeline for long-term growth across key development corridors.

The sites span more than 2.3 million square metres and are expected to deliver around 3,000 new homes across plots on Saadiyat Island, Yas Island and areas adjacent to Yas Island.

Aldar said the portfolio allows flexibility to deliver a mix of residential products aligned with population growth and residential demand in the capital.

Project launches are expected from 2026 onwards, with a phased approach aligned with market demand. Aldar linked the phasing to resilient absorption rates and improved visibility on medium- to long-term revenue and earnings growth.

The land plots will be activated through a joint venture structure with an established partner, while Aldar retains responsibility for the development, sales and delivery lifecycle of the projects.
