Al-Attiyah wins 21st Hail Toyota International Baja Rally

Hail, February 1, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz crowned Qatari driver Nasser Al-Attiyah as champion of the 21st Hail Toyota International Baja Rally.


The rally is a round of the FIA World Baja Cup, the FIA Middle East Baja Cup, the FIM World Baja Cup and the FIM Asia Baja Cup, and served as the opening round of the Saudi Toyota Baja Championship.


In the FIA Ultimate class, Al-Attiyah finished first, followed by Yazeed Al Rajhi in second and Dania Akeel in third. In the Challenger class, Yasir Saedan won, with Hamed Al-Wahaibi second and Abdulaziz Al-Kuwari third.


In the SSV class, Fernando Alvarez took first, followed by Mansour Al-Helei and Erik van Loon. Majed Al-Thunayyan won the Stock class, ahead of Abdullah Al Shegawi and Abdullah Al-Rabban.


In the FIM Motorcycle class, Alex McInnes finished first, followed by Mohammed Al-Balooshi and Sultan Al-Balooshi. In the Quads class, Hani Al-Noumesi won, with Abdulaziz Al-Atawi second and Ahmed Al-Jaber third.


Prince Abdulaziz said the Kingdom’s motorsport growth reflects leadership support and described the Hail rally as a model of sporting achievement.
