Airlines suspend flights across Middle East amid regional security developments

Riyadh, February 28, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Several airlines have suspended flights across the region, including services to Tel Aviv, Beirut, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Amman, as disruptions spread following regional security developments.
Lufthansa is suspending flights to and from Tel Aviv, Beirut and Oman until March 7, and is also suspending flights to and from Dubai on Saturday and Sunday.
KLM cancelled its Amsterdam–Tel Aviv flight scheduled for Saturday.
Air France is cancelling flights to and from Tel Aviv and Beirut slated for February 28.
Wizz Air is suspending all flights to and from Israel, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Amman with immediate effect until March 7.
Air Arabia cancelled flights to Iran, Iraq and other parts of the region.
