UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Discuss Bilateral Cooperation

ABU DHABI, August 17 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Economic cooperation and regional security formed the agenda of a meeting between UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman during the Omani leader’s fraternal visit to the UAE.
Talks on the Middle East covered the serious developments affecting the region and efforts to support security, stability and peace. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and Sultan Haitham agreed on the importance of maintaining consultation in response to shared regional challenges.
The bilateral discussions focused particularly on the economic and development fields, with both sides examining cooperation in support of their shared priorities, interests and the wellbeing of their peoples.
Official delegations from the UAE and Oman attended the meeting.
Sultan Haitham was welcomed by Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed upon his arrival at the Presidential Airport in Abu Dhabi earlier in the day.
