Romanian prime minister expresses solidarity with UAE in call with President Sheikh Mohamed

RIYADH, March 6, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a phone call from Romanian Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, who condemned Iranian attacks targeting the United Arab Emirates and other countries in the region.
During the call, Bolojan said the attacks constitute a violation of international law and the United Nations Charter.
He affirmed Romania’s solidarity with the UAE and its support for measures taken by the country to safeguard its security, sovereignty and the safety of its people.
Sheikh Mohamed thanked the Romanian prime minister for Romania’s supportive position toward the UAE.
Both sides also discussed the security and military developments in the region and their implications for regional and international stability.
