Jeddah strengthens summer tourism offering with beaches, events and family activities

JEDDAH, July 7 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) - Jeddah is strengthening its position as one of Saudi Arabia’s leading summer tourism destinations through beaches, entertainment events, cultural experiences and shopping offers, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
The Saudi Summer 2026 programme places emphasis on family-oriented experiences, with activities designed for different age groups.
The Saudi Offers Platform is also providing travel and accommodation packages, including hotels, resorts, guided tours and holiday deals, supporting a more competitive tourism experience.
As the Kingdom’s largest coastal city on the Red Sea, Jeddah combines beaches, marine activities and modern entertainment attractions. The Jeddah Waterfront and New Corniche continue to attract large numbers of visitors through open recreational areas, restaurants, cafés, children’s play zones, and walking and cycling paths.
The city’s shopping malls and entertainment venues are also hosting seasonal events, live performances and family attractions during the summer season.
The expansion of Jeddah’s tourism and entertainment offering supports Saudi Vision 2030 objectives to increase the tourism sector’s contribution to the national economy and attract more domestic and international visitors.
