IRGC says new wave of missiles and drones launched; smoke seen near Abu Dhabi port

Riyadh, March 1, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said on Sunday it had launched another wave of missiles and drones at countries in the region, according to a statement carried by state-linked media.
Plumes of smoke were seen rising from an area near a port in Abu Dhabi after loud blasts were heard over the city. It was not immediately clear what struck the area.
