Egypt’s Sisi receives Saudi foreign minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan in Cairo

Cairo, January 5, 2026 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah in Cairo on Monday, according to a statement.
Prince Faisal conveyed greetings from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to El-Sisi and the Egyptian people, the statement said.
The meeting reviewed bilateral ties and discussed the latest regional and international developments, it added.
