RIYADH - The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia has announced the dates for the Eid Al Fitr holidays for the private sector. According to a statement shared on social media, the holiday will begin on Tuesday, April 9.
Private sector employees in the Kingdom are set to enjoy a four-day holiday for Eid Al Fitr. Taking into account the Friday-Saturday weekend, this means that workers will have a five-day break, from Tuesday, April 9 to Saturday, April 13.
This announcement comes as part of the government’s commitment to ensuring the welfare of its workforce, allowing them ample time to celebrate one of the most significant festivals in the Islamic calendar.
