Foreign Ministry Expresses Kingdom’s Condemnation of Attack on Iranian Consulate Building in Damascus


RIYADH - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has issued a statement expressing its condemnation of the recent attack on the Iranian consulate building in Damascus, the capital of Syria.

The Ministry stated that the Kingdom categorically rejects the targeting of diplomatic facilities under any justification or pretext. Such actions are a clear violation of international diplomatic laws and the rules of diplomatic immunity.
