Riyadh, August 13, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudia has been awarded the “Best in Class for Service-Guest Experience” for 2025 by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), achieving the highest score in the category among all airlines recognized as APEX World Class for the year.
The award is one of the three core pillars of the APEX global classification, alongside sustainability standards and safety and well-being.
Saudia said the accolade affirms its commitment to delivering a seamless and comprehensive guest experience, distinguished by attention to detail and the values of Saudi hospitality.
Chief Guest Experience Officer Rossen Dimitrov said the recognition reflects the dedication of Saudia’s staff to redefining the concept of guest experience through innovative offerings rooted in hospitality values and guest appreciation.
He added that the award further enhances the airline’s global standing and leadership in improving every aspect of the travel experience.
