Saudi Tourism Minister Ahmed Al-Khateeb Highlights Jeddah's Tourism and Ramadan Experiences

RIYADH, March 21 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Minister of Tourism Ahmed Al-Khateeb, who also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Tourism Authority, toured key landmarks and attractions in Jeddah, showcasing the city’s vibrant Ramadan experiences and its rich cultural and historical heritage.

Al-Khateeb began his visit at Al-Mirkaz, where he engaged with traditional Ramadan customs and sampled authentic Hijazi cuisine. He continued his tour with a visit to Historic Jeddah, known for its ancient architecture and UNESCO World Heritage status, before exploring the Islamic Arts Biennale 2025, where he viewed a variety of Islamic-inspired artworks that reflect the Kingdom's cultural depth.

The tourism minister underscored Jeddah’s significance as a leading tourist destination, emphasizing its historical importance and diverse attractions that continue to draw visitors from around the world.
