Saudi Tourism Authority Launches “Wonders of Arabia” Exhibition at Expo 2025 Osaka

Osaka, July 10 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) has announced the launch of its “Wonders of Arabia” exhibition at Expo 2025 Osaka, highlighting the Kingdom’s cultural heritage and tourism offerings as part of its national pavilion. The exhibition will run from July 10 to 16 and marks the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Japan.

STA said the immersive exhibition will showcase Saudi Arabia’s diverse attractions through interactive displays, photo booths, and live demonstrations of Saudi and Japanese calligraphy. Workshops on traditional handicrafts such as pottery and decorative arts are also planned.

Dedicated zones will spotlight destinations including Diriyah, Riyadh, Aseer, Jeddah, the Red Sea, and AlUla. A striking “Origami Camel” sculpture will symbolize the deep cultural ties between the two countries.

In a special collaboration, visitors will have the chance to receive limited-edition Doraemon items — the first 250 guests daily who participate in the exhibition’s competitions will be eligible.

Sports fans can explore a recreation of global football star Cristiano Ronaldo’s locker room and see his recommended Saudi destinations. The event also features an interactive virtual reality experience simulating Formula 1 races, as well as highlights on the Esports World Cup currently underway in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia’s plans to host the FIFA World Cup 2034™.
