Saudi National Guard Demonstrates Operational Readiness for 1446 AH Hajj Season

Riyadh, June 5, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) —Minister of National Guard Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz on Wednesday inspected the operational readiness of the ministry’s forces participating in the 1446 AH Hajj season.

During his visit, Prince Abdullah attended a military parade that showcased the preparedness of the National Guard units deployed to support the security and safety of pilgrims. He also received a visual briefing outlining the missions and operations assigned to National Guard forces in the western sector.

The ministry’s units are currently executing their assigned duties across Makkah, Madinah, and the holy sites with a high level of professionalism, effectiveness, and morale. The National Guard’s mission this Hajj season encompasses both security and health service operations, forming an integral component of the broader efforts led by military, security, and government agencies to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of pilgrims.

Operational plans for this year’s Hajj have been fully implemented under the direct supervision of Prince Abdullah, who has instructed ministry officials to deploy all available resources to facilitate the pilgrims’ journey and uphold the highest standards of service and care.
