Saudi Ministry of Commerce Urges Business Owners to Update Commercial Registration Online

Riyadh, May 23 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — The Ministry of Commerce has called on business owners across the Kingdom to utilize the Ministry’s online service for updating commercial registration information, offered in partnership with the Saudi Business Center.

The initiative enables business owners to access a wide range of government digital services through the unified Business Platform. The service is free of charge and can be completed within one day via the official portal: https://business.sa.

To be eligible, users must have an active commercial registration, be at least 18 years of age, and not hold any government position. In addition, the registration must include at least one appointed manager. If the applicant is not the registered manager, the manager must provide digital consent.

The update process aims to streamline administrative procedures, support regulatory compliance, and improve digital integration within the private sector.

The Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to facilitating ease of doing business in the Kingdom, in line with national efforts to support entrepreneurship and digital transformation under Saudi Vision 2030.
