Riyadh, July 13 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a message of congratulations to President Jakov Milatović of Montenegro on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
