Saudi Arabia to host Munich Security Conference leaders meeting in AlUla

RIYADH, May 8 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Saudi Arabia will host the Munich Security Conference (MSC) leaders meeting in AlUla during the fourth quarter of 2025, underscoring the Kingdom’s role in promoting international dialogue on security and political affairs.
The announcement was made during the MSC leaders meeting held in Washington, D.C. from May 5 to 7, where the Kingdom was represented by Prince Dr. Abdullah bin Khaled bin Saud Al Kabeer, Assistant Director-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' General Administration for Policy Planning.
During the meeting, Prince Abdullah bin Khaled met with MSC chief executive Dr. Benedikt Franke, who expressed appreciation to Saudi Arabia for hosting the upcoming event. A formal statement outlining the meeting’s objectives is expected to be issued at a later stage.
Prince Abdullah reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s commitment to supporting international peace and security and encouraging multilateral engagement.
