Saudi Arabia showcases rare Islamic manuscripts at 'Jusoor' Exhibition in Morocco

RABAT, May 16 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance is presenting a curated collection of rare Islamic manuscripts and scholarly publications at the Makkah Library pavilion, as part of the second 'Jusoor' Exhibition in the Kingdom of Morocco, taking place from May 10 to 19, 2025.
The exhibition, organized in cooperation with the Moroccan Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, marks the seventh international edition of the event and reflects Saudi Arabia’s commitment to promoting its cultural, historical, and scientific heritage.
The pavilion displays illuminating works in Islamic jurisprudence, linguistics, and Quranic sciences, including a rare copy of the Holy Qur’an dated 1255 AH, and a manuscript on the principles of jurisprudence dating back to 726 AH.
Visitors praised the Kingdom’s scholarly initiatives in preserving and documenting Islamic intellectual heritage, commending the Ministry’s role in making such resources accessible to modern audiences while safeguarding their authenticity and academic significance.
The exhibition aims to enhance intercultural dialogue and cooperation through the exchange of knowledge and historical preservation across the Islamic world.
