Riyadh, July 6 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has called on establishments in the Kingdom subject to withholding tax to submit their tax withholding forms for June 2025 no later than July 10, 2025.
ZATCA stressed the importance of submitting forms on time via its official website to avoid late payment penalties, which amount to 1% of the unpaid tax for every 30 days of delay beyond the due date.
The authority also encouraged business sector taxpayers seeking more information to contact its 24/7 unified call center (19993), reach out through its official X account (@Zatca_Care), email (info@zatca.gov.sa), or use the live chat service available on its website zatca.gov.sa.
Withholding tax is applied to all payments originating in the Kingdom made to non-resident entities that do not have a permanent establishment in Saudi Arabia, in line with Article 68 of the Income Tax Law and Article 63 of its Implementing Regulations.
