Saudi Arabia Introduces New Resident ID and Visa Extension Services for Dependents and Workers Abroad

Riyadh, January 8, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The General Directorate of Passports has announced that dependents of residents and domestic workers currently outside Saudi Arabia can now renew their resident IDs. Additionally, residents abroad can extend their exit and re-entry visas, whether single or multiple.

These services are accessible through the Ministry of Interior's electronic platforms Absher and Muqeem Portal, enabling users to complete the processes online after paying the applicable service fees as stipulated by regulations.
