ALFULWA spans an extensive area, encompassing more than 10.8 million square meters in the southern region of Al Hofuf. The development includes a diverse range of residential units, totaling over 18,000, comprising villas, townhouses, and duplexes. Furthermore, ALFULWA integrates an array of essential amenities, including places of worship, healthcare centers, commercial facilities, educational institutions, and sports facilities, all set amidst lush green gardens and open spaces.
