Riyadh to Host First-Ever Private Capital Forum in October 2025

Riyadh, April 8, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC) has announced the launch of the inaugural Private Capital Forum 2025, the first event of its kind in the Kingdom focused exclusively on the private capital landscape. The forum is scheduled to take place on October 22–23, 2025, at the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh.



The landmark event will bring together more than 500 experts, fund managers, and institutional investors from around the world to engage in strategic discussions covering venture capital, private equity, venture debt, and private credit. It aims to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s private capital ecosystem and position the Kingdom as a leading hub for alternative investment.


In a press statement, SVC emphasized that the forum will provide a vital platform for the exchange of global best practices, offering insights into emerging trends, advanced governance frameworks, and growth benchmarks that are reshaping the private capital sector.


Dr. Nabeel Koshak, CEO and Board Member at SVC, said:

“Following the unprecedented growth of the Saudi private capital ecosystem, the inaugural edition of the forum is a unique opportunity to expand the ecosystem to broader horizons, leveraging local, regional, and global opportunities in private capital.”

The event is part of Saudi Arabia’s broader strategy to support economic diversification and unlock private sector growth in line with Vision 2030.
