Kyrgyz President Welcomes Saudi Delegation, Promotes Investment in Energy, Tourism, and Agriculture

Bishkek, May 23 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov received Chairman of the Federation of Saudi Chambers Hassan Alhwaizy along with a delegation of Saudi investors and officials at the presidential building in Bishkek, as part of the federation’s two-day visit to the Central Asian republic.
The meeting concluded a series of engagements aimed at strengthening economic and investment ties between the two countries.
President Zhaparov underscored Kyrgyzstan’s commitment to attracting foreign investment, highlighting opportunities in renewable energy, agriculture, tourism, and mining. He reaffirmed his government’s willingness to provide incentives and facilitation for Saudi investors entering the local market.
“Kyrgyzstan offers a promising environment for international investors,” Zhaparov said, encouraging Saudi companies to explore the country’s key growth sectors.
Alhwaizy expressed the readiness of the Saudi private sector to expand investment cooperation, noting that the federation is committed to working closely with the Kyrgyz Chamber of Commerce and Industry to support joint initiatives.
“We are keen to build long-term partnerships that benefit both sides and contribute to diversified economic growth,” Alhwaizy said.
The Saudi delegation also participated in a dedicated investment forum and held a series of meetings with Kyrgyz ministers and representatives from both the public and private sectors. Discussions focused on economic collaboration, regulatory frameworks, and specific investment projects.
The visit aligns with the Kingdom’s broader strategy to deepen ties with Central Asian countries and enhance international business cooperation under Vision 2030.
